Directions:

1. Download the PDF – AMA Membership Packet 2012-2013
 2. Print out pages 7-10 of the PDF
3. Fill out the following:

a. “About Me” – We want to get to know you better! Don’t forget a picture :)

b. Industry 241 - If you would like to build your resume and gain hands-on marketing experience, fill out this interest sheet.

c. “Application Form” – You only need to fill out the TOP PORTION and SIGN at the bottom. The rest we will fill out for you.

4. Bring these forms with your payment to our next general meeting, or to the AMA drop-box in ABSOC (CBA room 241).

Membership Dues:

  • A semester membership costs $60 and annual membership is $100. To purchase a t-shirt, please include an additional $10.

Payment Options:

  • We accept checks and money orders only.
  • Please make out checks and money orders to “CSULB AMA” and include your name on the memo line.
