Sales Recruiting Internship

We are seeking an Intern who is looking to learn about business, sales and what it takes to get a job in this market!
Our Recruiter Internship Program is designed to give you exposure to the job market. You will learn about the hiring process different companies have, various interview processes, resume construction, interviewing, and business development. As an intern you will be exposed to how we develop new accounts, recruit candidates, conduct interviews, and align companies with new employees.
Take part in:
- Identifying and sourcing candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Help with employment and employee relations projects
- Support the Senior Recruiters
- Online advertising, including Facebook and other online media sources
- Conducting phone screen interviews and more!
Requirements:
- Junior or Senior in College
- Business, marketing or related major
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Energetic, team player
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Additional information:
- This internship is available to current college students
- Non-paid, however, commission/bonus incentives are available
- Minimum 15 hours per week
