Intern, Automotive Partnerships for Sirius

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist in the XM Your Ride Dealer Program.
· Handle incoming calls and emails for the XM Your Ride help desk.
· Answer Dealer inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
· Be responsible for preparing regular reports to be used by our Automotive Field Teams to track Dealer Participation.
· Confirm receipt of XM Subscription Forms to ensure accuracy and/or correct and/or missing or inaccurate fields on said forms.
· Prepare reports and follow up with Dealers to help improve engagement with the Program.
· Track down missing or incomplete data from any submitted Forms.
· Ensue Dealers will be getting properly compensated in a timely fashion.
Education and/or Experience:
· Must be skilled in Excel. Above average communication skills.
· Previous Sales Skills a plus.

· Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Working independently and in a team environment.

· Familiar with SIRIUS XM Programming.
Computer Skills:
· Knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
