Job Description
Zambezi is a full-service creative agency, specializing in passion brands. Taking its name from the Zambezi shark-known for its strong instincts and resourcefulness-Zambezi swims at the breakwaters of sports and entertainment. Zambezi comprises a team of experts with both traditional marketing and intentionally cross-bred backgrounds (including digital marketing, feature films, PR, and grassroots). Based in Venice Beach, CA, Zambezi works with world-class brands such as Champs, NESTEA, Li-Ning, 2K Sports, LA Lakers, and the Portland Trailblazers. Zambezi is looking for a student in good standing at a college/university majoring in marketing, advertising, public relations, or any of the mass communication related fields. The intern will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of advertising projects, obtaining entry-level knowledge to achieve their first job post college.
Duties
Internships at Zambezi are designed to provide overall learning experiences that include duties such as market research, developing content for social networking sites, image sourcing, creative input, and assistance with special events and meetings.
Qualifications
-Studying Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
-Experience with social media sites
-Creative problem solving/thinking
-Energetic and enthusiastic work ethic
-Able to multi-task at a high level
